This page explains, in plain English, what information the Haracloud website collects and what we do with it. The short version: very little, and nothing sneaky.
This website is operated by Haracloud LLC ("Haracloud", "we", "us"), 74 E Glenwood Ave, Unit #5750, Smyrna, DE 19977, USA. Questions about anything on this page: hello@hara.cloud.
Only what you choose to send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, company, email address, and message you type in. That's it — there are no user accounts, no newsletter lists, and we don't buy or collect data about you from anyone else.
Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, and delivered to our company email (run on Google Workspace). Like almost every website, our hosting provider also keeps routine server logs (such as IP addresses and browser type) for security and reliability. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the standard technical details of the request.
We keep correspondence as long as it's useful for the conversation and our records. If you'd like us to delete what we have from you, email hello@hara.cloud and we will.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. There's no form or process — just email us.
If our practices change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't quietly start doing things this page says we don't do.
