Power is the binding constraint in AI infrastructure, and it is where we spend the most time. Facility Design & Operations

Design standards and operating models purpose-built for small distributed facilities — not scaled-down hyperscale. We help clients specify electrical and mechanical topologies, cooling, and controls for 1–25 MW sites, then stand up the operating cadence: staffing models, runbooks, vendor management, and remote-first operations.

Compute Deployment & Hosting

We help clients place and host compute under the right terms — matching workloads to facilities, negotiating hosting and colocation agreements, and managing rack-to-ready deployment: logistics, integration, burn-in, and acceptance.

Systems Design & Monitoring

Monitoring, maintenance, and operational support across a client’s entire footprint. We design the telemetry stack — power, thermal, and compute health — then provide ongoing support with a single point of accountability, so distributed sites run like one facility.
